With the release of the Aether for Minecraft 1.10, we've (finally) opened up a public API for developers wanting to incorporate with the Aether mod. The developer API package is automatically built by Gradle during a build of the Aether, but if you're looking for a specific version, our Jenkins may be the best place.
On this wiki, you can find some general documentation on what features our API exposes, along with examples, best practices, and guides.
We have plans on setting up a Maven repository for the API package sometime in the future, but we have no further information for the time being. We'll update this page when a Maven repository becomes available.
Stability and API breakages
We're still making drastic improvements to our API and working design issues out. As such, you may run into frequent backwards-incompatible changes or other bugs. Until an official 1.0 release of the API is made, you may wish to wait before incorporating the Aether API into your project.
Official Aether Discord
Need help or wish to chat with other developers working with the Aether? You can join our #development channel on the official Aether Discord server here. It's like IRC, except better.
